01Who's responsible

MeepMoop Vibes LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates Those Who Travel, is the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can reach us at [privacy@thosewhotravel.com].

02What we collect

Right now, just two things:

• Your email address, which you submit through the waitlist form.
• Basic technical metadata automatically captured when you submit the form: timestamp, IP address (for spam protection), and the page you submitted from. This is standard form-submission data, kept briefly and used only to protect the form against abuse.

We do not collect your name, phone number, location (beyond what an IP roughly implies), or any other personal information at this stage.

03Why we collect it

• To send you launch updates and early-access invitations for Those Who Travel.
• To protect the waitlist form from bots, scrapers, and abuse.
• To comply with our legal obligations (for example, honoring unsubscribe requests).

If you're in the EU, UK, or another GDPR-style jurisdiction: our legal basis is your consent (which you give by submitting the form), and our legitimate interest in protecting our system from abuse.

04Who sees it

Our small team can see waitlist emails for the purpose of running the list. Beyond that, the only third parties that touch your email are service providers we use to actually send emails and store data:

• Email service provider (e.g., [Mailchimp / Resend / Customer.io / etc.]) — sends the emails you signed up for.
• Hosting / form processor (e.g., [Vercel / Netlify / AWS / etc.]) — receives and stores form submissions.

These vendors are bound to use your information only to provide their services to us. We don't sell, rent, or share your email with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.

05Where it lives, and for how long

Your email is stored on servers operated by our service providers, typically in [REGION]. We keep your email until:

• You unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or
• We decide to discontinue the waitlist, at which point we'll delete all waitlist emails within a reasonable period.

06Your rights

Wherever you live, you have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you.
• Correct it (e.g., update your email).
• Delete it.
• Withdraw consent at any time, by unsubscribing or emailing us.

Depending on where you live (EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA, etc.), you may have additional rights — for example, to object to processing, to receive a portable copy of your data, or to file a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email [privacy@thosewhotravel.com] to exercise any of these.

07Cookies & tracking

The waitlist page does not currently set marketing or analytics cookies, run pixel trackers, or share data with advertising platforms. If that changes before launch, we'll update this policy and surface a cookie notice.

08Children

This waitlist isn't for children. You must be at least 18 to submit your email. If you believe a minor has submitted their email, contact us and we'll delete it.

09Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your email, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat this seriously.

10Changes

If we change this policy in a way that meaningfully affects how we handle your email, we'll update the date above and email everyone on the list before the change takes effect.
