Legal · 01 / Terms
These terms cover one thing right now: joining our waitlist by giving us your email.
Last updated: [DATE]
"Those Who Travel," "we," "us," and "our" refer to MeepMoop Vibes LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates Those Who Travel. You can reach us at [contact@thosewhotravel.com].
"You" means the person submitting an email address to our waitlist.
By submitting your email through our waitlist form, you confirm that:
You're not paying anything. You're not creating an account. You're not yet a user of any app or service — just a person on a list.
We'll only email you about Those Who Travel. That generally means:
We will not send you marketing for unrelated products, sell your email to third parties, or use it for anything outside the purpose of running this waitlist. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from the list. If unsubscribing through the link isn't working, email us at [contact@thosewhotravel.com] and we'll remove you.
Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access to the Those Who Travel app, a launch in any particular city, or any particular timeline. We're building this thoughtfully and may change our plans. We may also discontinue the waitlist itself — in which case we'll delete your email.
Don't submit emails that aren't yours. Don't submit signup form entries in bulk (scripts, scrapers, automated tooling). Don't try to break, probe, or interfere with our signup system. We may remove anyone we believe is abusing the form.
If we change these terms in any meaningful way before our launch, we'll update the date at the top and, if the change affects your rights, email everyone on the list. Continued presence on the waitlist after a change means you accept the new terms.
The waitlist is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running and your email safe, but we don't promise the form will always work, that emails will always be delivered, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the waitlist.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for things that can't legally be limited (such as fraud or gross negligence).
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless local law requires otherwise.
